BRUT ships worldwide and you will be able to track your order at any time. The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at checkout. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Deliveries are made by our trusted courier and take place from Monday to Friday. Click and collect is possible for customers located in Paris and can be selected upon checking out.
In certain circumstances, our delivery partner may provide you with the following optional services when delivering your order, such as (a) signature release: opting out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery; and/or (b) leave with neighbor, reception or security: re-directing the delivery to a neighbor, reception or security; and/or (c) reschedule a new delivery date: selecting a delivery date that best suits you; and/or (d) re-directing to a collection point: collecting your package from a collection point nearby. By selecting any of these services provided by our delivery partner, including through any default preferences you may have selected with our delivery partner separately, you acknowledge and agree that Atlas compagnie shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering your order in accordance with your request.
Duties & taxes
If you order product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.
Customers in the europeans union
You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties and VAT are included in the price you see online.
Customers in the United Kingdom
Since Brexit came into place, taxes have gone up on goods imported outside of the UK. We have no control over these charges and it is the responsibility of the customer to look up this information ahead of time to understand what they will be charged. If you refuse your package because of these charges, the shipping carrier will automatically charge us a customs fee for the return which will be removed from your refund or store credit.
Customers in the rest of the world
For all other customers, we are vintage dealing company not eligible for VAT refund.
Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay taxes upon receipt of your order regarding your country. We have no control over these charges and it is the responsibility of the customer to look up this information ahead of time to understand what they will be charged.
NO REFUND – EXCHANGE ONLY
For exchanges, it is the buyer’s duty to cover the cost of the return shipping, and we will cover the cost of sending any replacement product(s). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to us within 14 days to this address :

Please include your order # inside. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to move forward with either sending a replacement product or a store credit. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date.

BRUT is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any customs charges applied to a returned package. The customers form for a returned package must be marked as a "return of merchandise » to avoid customs charges. If the package arrives with us with customs charges, the amount charged to us will be removed from your store credit amount.
